Once upon a time in a little village not so far far away, lived 2 young boys named Todd and Jeff and their Great Grandpa Doc.
These 2 boys would spend time with Great Grandpa and wonder why people called him Doc even though he wasn't a doctor. Later they discovered, although not a doctor, he would deliver “medicine” during a time when alcohol was prohibited.
As these 2 boys grew up it was always in their blood to return to their roots and produce fine spirits of their own. Thus, Antwerp Distillery was born.
Although Great Grandpa Doc is not here to see what these boys accomplished, he would have been proud that while chasing their happily ever after, they've found fun and adventure along the way.

Our first small-batch rum, run on Spike from molasses and cane for a smooth, warm-amber pour with a mellow sweetness.

- Caramel drizzle, vanilla, and brown sugar, balanced by zesty rye spice, fresh spearmint, and a warm, bready character.

- Lively spice and spearmint up front. Charred and aged oak add depth, while vanilla and toasted caramel bring a smooth layer of sweetness.
- Finish
- Lingering vanilla, caramel, rye spice, and charred oak, with a subtle touch of herbal spearmint.

- Inviting aromas of vanilla, caramel, cherry, and cola.
- Palate
- Layers of vanilla, raspberry, and cherry balanced by charred oak and a gentle touch of white pepper. The faintest hint of green apple adds brightness.

- Lingering vanilla, burnt caramel, charred oak, and white pepper. A warm and satisfying conclusion.

- Salted caramel, walnut, and bittersweet molasses create a rich and inviting introduction.

- Bittersweet notes complemented by earthy and smoky characteristics for a deep, layered experience. Robust enough to stand up in fruit-forward cocktails, frozen drinks, and higher-sugar recipes without getting lost, and a natural fit for a Rum and Coke with a fuller, more pronounced character.

- For a softer, less intense pour, blend equal parts of this amber rum with our in-house vodka: a smooth, balanced combination with inviting aromas and beautifully integrated flavors.

- Finish
- Medium-bodied, with lingering lemon and orange zest, a gentle drying sensation, and a final kiss of sweet juniper berry.
- Serving Tip
- Shines in a classic Gin & Tonic, a crisp Martini, a Tom Collins, or a French 75: a refreshing balance of citrus, floral sweetness, and juniper in both simple and sophisticated cocktails.
